Description

A room is available in a two-bedroom flat from 7 November 2026. The rent is £1,300 per month including bills, with a rolling one-month contract and one month’s notice. The council tax situation will be reviewed in April because an increase is expected.

You would be sharing with Isaac, aged 27. He runs regularly, plays padel, enjoys meeting friends for drinks and likes to keep the flat clean. He is looking for someone in their twenties who is sociable, tidy and clean.
