Description

A room is available in a sociable shared house from 1 November. The rent is £950 per month, with bills costing approximately £80 monthly including council tax. The deposit is £980 and is managed through the DPS. The tenancy will be transferred into the new tenant’s name.

You would share with one man and two women, aged 23 to 24, who all work in London. The current tenant is moving out on the morning of the start date and can arrange for the keys to be handed over that day.

The house is around four minutes from Clapham Common tube station and very close to Clapham Common itself. There are also many pubs nearby, and viewings can be arranged during the week before the move-in date.
