Description

A short-term spare room is available for one person from 1 to 12 October, or from 24 October to 7 November, with some flexibility. The room has an IKEA daybed that converts to a superking bed, a large chest of drawers, a vanity mirror and a separate closet with a rail. It suits someone clean, tidy, respectful and calm who is working or studying in London, or between homes.

The flat is spacious and bright, with a shared bathroom and a large open-plan kitchen and living area. The stay includes bills, and a refundable security deposit of £300 is required with a signed agreement.

The property is in South Norwood / Crystal Palace. London Bridge is around 12 minutes away, Clapham Junction 20 minutes, Victoria 25 minutes, East or West Croydon 3 minutes, and Crystal Palace approximately 20 minutes by bus.
