Description

Two rooms are available in a shared five-bedroom house: a furnished single room for £900 per month and a furnished double room for £1,100. Both include a bed frame, mattress and plenty of storage. The single room also has a desk, although the new tenant will need to provide a chair.

The house has communal space, a small courtyard, a washing machine and dryer. You would live with one woman and two men aged 26–27, all working full time. It is a sociable household where residents enjoy cooking, fitness and nights out, and share weekly cleaning.

The rooms are available immediately. Battersea Park, Queenstown Road, Clapham Junction and Battersea Power Station are within walking distance, with cycle routes and Tesco nearby. Council tax and Wi-Fi cost an additional shared £25 per person monthly.
