Description

A bright, cosy single room in an end-of-terrace house, with a single bed and built-in wardrobe that can fit a double bed. The room is upstairs, as are the bathrooms, and the entrance has one step. Rent is £722.50 per month plus approximately £100–£120 in seasonal bills, including council tax and Wi-Fi.

The house has a shared bathroom with underfloor heating and a large bathtub, a separate toilet and sink, a dishwasher, washing machine, sunny garden, storage cupboard and comfortable living room. You would live with three easy-going flatmates aged 26–29 who work in creative or teaching roles. It is a sociable but non-party household with a cleaning rota and an LGBT+ and POC-friendly atmosphere.

Forest Hill Station is a five-minute walk away, with trains reaching London Bridge in around 15 minutes. Mayow Park, Crystal Palace and a large Sainsbury’s are nearby. Available from 17 October 2026.
