Description

A small double bedroom is available in a three-bedroom flat, with a large built-in wardrobe and plenty of storage. The room has its own private balcony and shares a bathroom with one other person. Rent is £790 per month, with bills of around £100 per month, and the deposit is £1,000.

You would live with two friendly Irish women in their late 20s to early 30s, who work in journalism and marketing. The household is sociable while also respecting personal space. The room is better suited to someone who does not work entirely from home, as there is no space for a desk.

The flat is in a quiet gated mews opposite Tooting Common, on the second floor of a building with a lift. There is one allocated parking space, local restaurants and shops nearby, and buses outside with routes towards Battersea Park and Chelsea. Move-in is planned for the first week of November.
