A large, bright double room is available in a two-bedroom flat and comes unfurnished, with some furniture available to buy if wanted. The home has a huge living room, a modern fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a large garden.

You would share the flat with Martyna, a full-time yoga teacher who enjoys wellness, running and socialising as well as quiet evenings. She is looking for a respectful, relaxed home with good communication and shared responsibility. The tenancy is a joint lease between the two tenants.

The flat is between East Dulwich and Peckham, with a bus stop directly outside and Peckham Rye Station around a 15-minute walk away. Peckham Rye Park, Lordship Lane, cafés, pubs, restaurants and independent shops are nearby. Bills are approximately £100 per month on top of the rent.
