Three bright double rooms are available in a four-bed maisonette from 24 November. Each room costs £910 per month with a £910 deposit, and bills are paid separately. The rooms have space for a double bed.

One housemate will remain in the home, and three young working professionals are sought to create a friendly, comfortable household. Female housemates are preferred. The home is sociable and welcoming, but not intended as a party house, with consideration for everyone’s personal space.

The property is on Battersea Park Road, with convenient access to Clapham Junction, Battersea Park, local cafés, shops and bus services across London. Viewings are available on 27 September and on weekday evenings the following week.
