Two double rooms in a shared house in Tooting from 3 October

Two double bedrooms are available from 3 October. The larger first-floor room costs £785 per month, while the slightly smaller but spacious second-floor room costs £765 per month. Bills are usually around £50–£100 monthly, and the bond is £877 per room. A £50 lease fee also applies.

The rooms are in a five-bedroom, two-bathroom house with a courtyard. Four Australians already live there: three women and one man, who is part of a couple. The household is friendly, clean and respectful, and two friends may take both rooms. One bathroom is shared with two other women.

The house is in a residential part of Tooting, near cafés, pubs and shops. Tooting Overground is a 10-minute walk away, Tooting Broadway Underground takes 20 minutes, and the nearest bus stop, Lidl and Sainsbury’s are all within a 5- to 10-minute walk.
