Description

Two double rooms are available from 1 November 2026 in a shared house. Room 1 costs £1,200 per month and has a separate bathroom with a bath and shower. Room 2 is £1,400 and offers a larger space, an ensuite bathroom and two balconies. Bills are not included.

The three-bedroom, four-bathroom house has a large kitchen, spacious living room, sunny garden, outdoor shed and bike rack. Jess, a 32-year-old neuro occupational therapist, lives in the property and is looking for a sociable, respectful and tidy housemate. Couples are not suitable.

The house is in Clapham, a 12-minute walk from Clapham Common and 18–20 minutes from Brixton stations. Buses stop outside, with local shops, gyms, bars and restaurants nearby.
