The rooms are in a spacious four-bedroom maisonette with two shared bathrooms, a kitchen with gas hobs, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, plus a communal living room. Sarah and Amy, both working professionals aged 29 and 25, live there and are looking for two tidy women aged 25–30 who enjoy a friendly but considerate home. Bills are extra at around £97 per person monthly.

The maisonette is one minute from Elephant & Castle Station, served by the Bakerloo and Northern lines and Thameslink. Shops including Sainsbury’s Local are nearby. Applicants need a £35,000+ salary and UK Right to Rent. The deposit is £1,154, with a £50 tenancy amendment fee.
