Description

An unfurnished room is available in a brand-new, bright flat from 1 November. The home has large windows, plenty of natural light, a spacious living room, ample storage and a large kitchen with generous cupboard space. There is one bathroom and two toilets, with a dishwasher, microwave and oven. Rent is £1,040 per month plus approximately £110 in bills.

You would share with Mylène, 27, and Honor, 29, who both work in the skincare and fashion industries and enjoy cooking, exercise, cafés, music and socialising. They are looking for a friendly, clean and tidy flatmate who enjoys spending time together while respecting everyone’s personal space. Partners are welcome occasionally, but pets are not allowed.

The flat is around 12 minutes from both Clapham South and Balham, five minutes from Wandsworth Common station and 20 minutes on foot from Clapham Junction. Northcote Road is three minutes away, with G1 and 319 buses nearby.
