Bright double bedroom in a spacious flat, available from 12 December 2026 with some flexibility. The room has plenty of windows, integrated storage and space for a large desk. Rent is £775 per month, excluding approximately £96 per person for bills and council tax.

The flat has two bathrooms, including a separate WC and a bath/shower room, plus a large living room and downstairs bicycle storage. It is shared with Maya and Sofia, both aged 26, who are friendly, respectful and keep the home clean with a rota. A woman aged 24–30 is sought; professionals and postgraduates are welcome.

Stockwell and Oval Underground stations are both about a 14-minute walk away, with Victoria and Northern line access. Lidl is around 10 minutes away, with local restaurants, cafés, good bus links and cycling access to Camberwell and Peckham.
