A lovely room is available for a short-term sublease in a three-bedroom flat in Battersea. It is currently set up as a couples room, with a private bathroom that is not shared with the other housemates. The room also includes plenty of storage, a full wardrobe and bathroom cupboards. Singles and couples are welcome.

You would share the flat with two friendly Australian women in their twenties. One works in healthcare and the other works at a school, creating a relaxed and sociable household.

The flat is a 10-minute walk from Clapham Junction and Battersea Park. Cafés are nearby, while Sainsbury’s and Tesco can both be reached within five minutes on foot. The sublease runs from 17 December to 19 January, with rent quoted at £45 per night and some flexibility for longer stays.
