Description

A large double bedroom occupying the entire top floor of a four-bedroom semi-detached house. The room includes two large storage cupboards and a private ensuite bathroom. The house also has two further bathrooms, a downstairs toilet and two off-street parking spaces.

The flat is shared with three friendly women aged 27–28, including two doctors and a civil servant. The household is sociable and enjoys activities together while also valuing personal space. A clean, tidy and sociable female housemate of a similar age is preferred.

The house is on a quiet street near Tooting Common and Tooting Bec Lido, with Balham High Street nearby. Balham Underground and National Rail stations are both around a 12-minute walk away. Available from approximately 16 November until around 17 January.
