Description

A double room is available with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table with storage. The room is next to the bathroom and is offered to someone aged 27–33. The house has double-glazed windows and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

You would share the three-storey detached house with Katya, Hayley and Bronagh, three women aged 28–32. There is a comfortable lounge for shared dinners, a home office, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and side and back garden areas. The household is looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful non-smoker who enjoys house dinners and drinks. Couples are not accepted.

The house is in a safe, quiet area between Battersea Park, Clapham Junction and Clapham Common. Move-in is available from 18 October 2026. Rent is £790.62 per month plus bills of approximately £100–130 per person.
