Description

A double room is available in a mansion flat with ample storage, including two wardrobes on either side of the fireplace. The room also has a desk and chair, making it suitable for working from home. Rent includes bills, and the deposit is £1,380.

The flat has a separate kitchen diner, a living room and two bathrooms. You would share with James and Richard, aged 22–35; one works in consulting and the other works in real estate and owns the property. A third flatmate aged 22–35 is wanted. Couples are not accepted.

Balham Tube and Overground stations are less than a 10-minute walk away. Supermarkets, bars, cafés, Wandsworth Common and Tooting Bec Common are also within walking distance. Communal bike storage is available.
