A furnished double bedroom is available in a three-bedroom flat from 28 October. The room does not have space for a desk, but there is room to work on a laptop in the kitchen. The bathroom is shared with one of the existing residents.

The flat has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, plus a small balcony. Residents also have access to a communal gym, roof terrace, large storage cupboard and workspace in the building. You would live with Jodie and Abbey, aged 28 and 25, who enjoy socialising, eating out, exercise and relaxed evenings at home.

Balham Station is approximately a 30-second walk away, providing both Underground and Overground services. Rent is £1,243 per month including a bills package, with council tax currently charged separately at £26 per person each month.
