An en-suite room is available on the top floor of a three-storey house, offering plenty of natural light and attractive views. The room is available from early November until the lease ends in February. Rent is $1,300 per month, excluding bills, which are approximately $150 monthly.

You would share the home with three friendly women aged 24–26: two work in flower shops and one works nearby as a nanny. The house has three bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, a TV room, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A cleaner visits twice a month and is covered by the bills.

The property is in Brixton Hill, with Clapham North, Clapham Common and Brixton stations nearby. Two bus stops are around a five-minute walk away. There is also a garden with barbecue facilities.
