Description

A good-sized furnished double bedroom measuring approximately 10 ft by 11 ft is available in a Victorian flat with high ceilings, wooden floors and period features. The flat is fully furnished and has around 900 sq ft of space. Off-road parking is available.

You would share with Tara, who works in branding and enjoys exhibitions, art, design, travel, film, cooking and wine with friends. She is looking for a friendly, professional, non-smoking housemate who does not work from home full-time. Couples and pets are not suitable.

The flat is in a quiet area of Sydenham/Crystal Palace, opposite a park, with excellent Overground and train connections into central London. The room is available immediately, with long-term renters preferred.
