The flat has a separate living room, kitchen, bathroom with a bath, communal gardens and private off-street parking. You would share with Eden, a 30-year-old self-employed musician who is friendly, clean and considerate, and would like a sociable but respectful home.

Located in East Finchley, the purpose-built block is around a 12-minute walk from East Finchley Tube station. Rent is £1,050 per month plus bills, with availability from 7 September 2026.
