Rent is £1,200 per month including all bills except energy; energy can be covered in exchange for looking after the plants. A £500 deposit is required.

The flat is furnished throughout and arranged over two floors, with a large living room, smart TV, many plants, and a spacious kitchen with dining area. It is shared with a 30-year-old full-time creative woman. A clean, tidy, considerate and personable flatmate is wanted.

Blackheath village, cafés, shops, pubs and the Sunday farmers’ market are a 10-minute walk away, with Greenwich Park across the Heath. Sainsbury’s is four minutes away, and Blackheath and Lee stations are both around 10 minutes on foot. The room is available until early or mid-May 2027, with flexible dates.
