Description

A furnished ensuite room is available in a semi-detached house in Catford. The room includes a bed, wardrobe and desk, with rent of £1,090 per month including bills. A £900 deposit is required, and couples, men and pets are not accepted.

The house has three bedrooms. Eden, aged 26, works in mental health on a hybrid basis and usually works from home three to four days a week. The other room is occupied by Eden’s younger sister during university breaks, so the house will usually be shared mainly with Eden.

The property is around a 15-minute walk from Catford and Catford Bridge stations, and about 20 minutes from Hither Green Station. An approximately eight-minute bus service runs to either station every three minutes. Move-in is planned for the end of September or early October 2026, with dates negotiable.
