A room is available in a cosy loft-style two-bedroom flat, with exposed brick, floor-to-ceiling windows and plenty of natural light. The flat has a private balcony and an in-unit washer/dryer. Rent is £1,370 per month, with bills of around £100 extra.
You would share the flat and its bathroom with the current tenant, Juliana, aged 25, who works in music marketing. The flat is fully furnished, and a friendly, tidy housemate is preferred.
The property is in SW1, around a four-minute walk from St. James Station and ten minutes from Victoria Station. Tesco Express, Whole Foods and Boots are all within a five- to ten-minute walk. Available from approximately 4 October 2026 until March 2027.
