The house has four full-time working housemates from New Zealand and Australia, two men and two women aged 28 to 31. There is a separate lounge, dining area and kitchen, two bathrooms, two fridges and a spacious backyard with room for bikes. A cleaning rota is shared between the household.

The property is on a quiet side road, two minutes from shops, cafés and restaurants. Tooting High Street and Sainsbury’s are about five minutes away, as is Tooting Broadway Northern line station. Tooting overground and Thameslink are around ten minutes away.
