Description

A large double room is available in a modern, clean three-bedroom house share. The property has two bathrooms, and every bedroom has views over a park. Green space is also nearby.

You would live with two friendly women, both aged 24 and working full time during the week. They are social and enjoy activities including the gym and running. Students are not accepted, and applicants must earn over £30,000 a year for the landlord’s reference checks.

The house is in the Waterloo and Lambeth North area of central London, around 10 minutes on foot from Waterloo and five minutes from Lambeth North. The room is available from 28 September 2026, with viewings beginning this week.
