Description

A large private ensuite room with access to a balcony is available for a sublet. The room is furnished with a sofa bed, built-in wardrobe, drawers, chairs and a desk. A bed frame is also available, and a mattress can be arranged if needed.

The flat has two balconies: one shared with one person and another shared with two people. You would live with two housemates, the advertiser’s best friend, who is a PE teacher, and their partner, who works freelance with varying hours. A cleaner visits twice a month, and the rent includes all bills.

The home is in Bow, surrounded by parkland and within a walk of Bow Church and Bow Road tube stations. The room is available from the beginning of December until the end of February or March, with some flexibility.
