Description

A small double room is available with storage in a shared flat. The wardrobe is outside the room, while the living room has been sectioned off to provide additional personal space. The tenant will also have a dresser drawer, plus their own cupboard and shelf in the fridge and freezer. Bills are included in the rent.

The flat is shared with two friendly women aged 22–25. It has a large living room, a shared bathroom with a separate toilet, and plenty of storage. The property is on the 17th floor of a secure building on a quiet street, with friendly neighbours. A full-time job is required.

Move-in is around 30 or 31 October, or 1 November 2026, with the contract continuing until April 2027. Clapham Junction Station is a 12-minute walk away, and the nearest bus stop is around five minutes from the flat. Battersea Power Station is about 15 minutes by bus.
