A room is available in a two-bedroom flat from 5 October for £1,100 per month plus bills. Bills usually come to around £200–£250 per person each month, depending on the season. The room is referred to as Room 2.
You would share the flat with a 30-year-old Senior Sales Executive who works in a hybrid role. The flat has a large living area and a very spacious terrace. The current housemate is moving to Prague, and the remaining tenant enjoys DJing, music production, cooking, swimming and socialising.
The flat is around a 15-minute walk from Brixton and Stockwell, and less than 10 minutes from Loughborough Junction. The ideal housemate should be friendly, clean, respectful and sociable.
