Description

A spacious, bright room is available in a furnished three-bedroom semi-detached house. It includes a bed, desk suitable for working from home and plenty of storage. The room is being sublet for six to seven months while the current tenant travels.

You would share with two friendly, sociable 28-year-old men who enjoy going out, relaxing at home and playing sport. The house has a large living room with a TV, a private garden, balcony or terrace, a well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The current tenant will also leave their bike for use.

The house is on a quiet residential street around five minutes from shops, restaurants and bars. An Overground station is about 12 minutes away, with buses and a short Overground journey to Walthamstow Central. Central London is approximately 40 minutes away. Rent is £867 per month, excluding bills.
