Description

Three rooms are available in a spacious five-bedroom, four-bathroom house, with two larger rooms priced at £825 per month and a smaller but still spacious room at £695. The rooms face a quiet road. Rent excludes bills, which are expected to be around £100 per month depending on the season.

The house has a large living and dining area, a private garden and plenty of communal space. Two women aged 23 and 24 already live there, both working full time, and are looking for sociable women aged 23–26 who want to make friends, share evenings out and follow a cleaning rota.

Budgens is directly opposite. Tooting Station is 0.6 miles away, Streatham Common Station is 0.7 miles away and Tooting Bec Underground is one mile away. The rooms are available from mid-September for a long-term tenancy.
