A lovely sunny bedroom is available in a four-bedroom Victorian terrace. The rent is £700 per month, excluding bills, which average around £100 monthly. The house has a medium-sized garden and is on a quiet street.

The home is currently shared by three women aged 26 to 35: Ada, Niamh and Inga. The household is easy-going and tidy, with shared interests including cooking, watching television, theatre, films, cycling and outdoor activities.
