Description

Two double bedrooms are available in a four-bedroom house share from 8 February 2027. One room is on the first floor with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk. The second is on the second floor with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and dressing table. Rent is £1,025 per month, with bills of approximately £100 extra.

The house has a large lounge with a comfortable sofa and a private outside space for summer evenings. There is one toilet and one bathroom with a shower and bath. The two current housemates are 22, work in accounting on graduate schemes and work from home two days a week. They enjoy running, coffee and pastry spots, and relaxed pub evenings.

The property is a five-minute walk from Clapham North Tube station, Sainsbury’s Clapham and Lidl Brixton. Two new housemates are wanted to join the existing household, with viewings arranged after an initial message.
