The room includes a double bed with a new mattress and bed frame, under-bed storage drawers, a chest of drawers, a two-door wardrobe, desk and chair. A personal radiator is beside the bed, and the large window brings in plenty of natural light.

The home has a large living room with big windows and a full kitchen. The all-female household currently includes an Australian, a New Zealander and a British flatmate. The household is friendly and social, with occasional parties or drinks evenings as well as relaxed nights watching films on the sofa.

Located just off Abbeville Road, opposite a school and close to Clapham Common. Clapham South Station is a seven-minute walk away, while Clapham High Street and the Common are around 20 minutes on foot. Available from 1 January 2027 for £825 per month plus approximately £100 bills.
