A bright, cosy double room is available in a three-bedroom flat, furnished with a double bed, drawers, a large wardrobe, overhead storage and a full-length mirror. The room also has access to shared work-from-home space, a balcony and a large living room. Bills, council tax and a fortnightly cleaner cost £150 per month extra.

The flat is shared with two male professionals, one a journalist and the other an economist. The household is mixed-nationality and LGBTQ+ friendly, with a preference for a tidy, considerate housemate who respects noise levels and shared spaces. Pets are not permitted because of an allergy.

Located on a quiet residential street in Belsize Park, the flat is near local shops, cafés, restaurants, a cinema and a gym.
