A double room is available in a four-bedroom flat from 1 February 2027. The room is technically unfurnished, with the bed, mattress, drawers and wardrobe shown in the photos available to buy from the departing flatmate. A floor plan with layouts and room sizes is available.

The flat is an all-girls household of single women in their late twenties. The household enjoys quiet evenings, occasional pub trips, cooking, walks, restaurants and summer activities. It is not a party flat, and a clean, tidy and sociable flatmate is sought who will join the weekly cleaning rota.
