Description

A double room is available in a house in Tooting from mid-December. It is at the back of the house on the first floor and includes a bed, with the option to add other furniture. The deposit is five weeks’ rent.

The house has a spacious garden, a good-sized living room, a kitchen and on-street parking. You would live with Hannah, a teacher, and Emily, who works in tech with a mix of home and office working.
