A spacious double bedroom is available for a one-month sublet from 13 December to 13 January. It is on the top floor and has plenty of natural light, a double bed, bedside table and large mirrored dresser. The bathroom immediately outside is shared with one other person, with a second communal bathroom downstairs.

The room is in a homey four-bedroom house with an open-plan living room and kitchen opening onto a backyard. You would live with one female and two male working professionals in their mid-twenties. They are looking for someone tidy, friendly and respectful.

The house is in SE15, near Burgess Park and Peckham Rye Common. Peckham Rye Station is about a 10-minute walk away, with good bus connections. Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury’s and a gym are within a 5–10-minute walk. The total cost is £950 including rent and bills.
