A fully furnished private double bedroom is available from 1 December for £800 per month. The room includes a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, built-in wardrobe and TV. The bathroom is shared with just one other housemate. An initial five-month contract is offered, with the option to extend by a further three or four months.

The house is shared with two French women and an Irish man, described as friendly and easy to live with. The room is available because the current occupant is moving out in December.
