A furnished double room is available in a spacious six-bedroom house from 26 October. The room includes a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The desk and additional chest of drawers shown belong to the departing tenant and will be removed. Rent is £1,100 per month, with bills of £106 and a £1,465 deposit.

The house has two bathrooms, a downstairs cloakroom, a large kitchen and communal living area, a spare room and a very large attic for storage.
