The room is cosy and relatively small, with good natural light, a wardrobe and access to a desk in the living room. Rent is £850 per month plus bills of approximately £120.

The flat has a large living room, separate spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, bathroom with toilet, an additional separate toilet and a shed area for bicycle storage. It is well furnished and has kitchen essentials. The household includes Felix, 25, and Sam, 26, who enjoy cooking, local pubs, squash, board games and films while also respecting personal space. Couples are not suitable.

Located on a quiet street just off Stroud Green Road, close to pubs, cafés, Tesco, Lidl, an Asian supermarket, Finsbury Park and the Parkland Walk. Finsbury Park Station is around a 10-minute walk away, with Victoria, Piccadilly and rail services. Crouch Hill Station is even closer.
