You would have the main bathroom to yourself. The flat has a spacious living room, a small private backyard, and a washer and dryer. The other resident is Celina, a quiet and clean 25-year-old creative professional who works as a writer, photographer and artist. It is intended as a relaxing home rather than a party flat.

The property is on a quiet street in Earl's Court, a three-minute walk from Earl's Court Station. A bus stop is nearby, with Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury's, Co-op and local medical facilities within ten minutes. Bills are paid separately.
