Description

A spacious furnished double bedroom is available in a short-term arrangement from 1 January 2027. The separate study can also be used as the bedroom, with a bed added if preferred. Rent is £1,300 per month plus bills of around £100 monthly.

The room is in a fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat with access to two shared rooftop terraces. You would live with Michael, a friendly 30-year-old architect, while his boyfriend is travelling for several months.

The flat is directly on Clapham High Street, near shops, cafés, restaurants, pubs and bars. Clapham North Tube is about a three-minute walk away, and Clapham Common is around ten minutes on foot. The room is available until the end of April or mid-May, with dates negotiable.
