Description

A furnished double room is available in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat. It includes a bed, although the mattress is not provided, and two wardrobes. The room has its own large bathroom with plenty of storage; a bedside table is also available to buy.

The flat has a private balcony overlooking communal grounds, access to a private gym and library facilities, and a private underground parking space. The current flatmate is a 25-year-old Scottish woman working full time in the legal sector while studying to become a patent attorney.

Available from 11 December 2026. Putney is a 12-minute walk from East Putney and Southfields stations on the District line, and a 20-minute walk from Putney train station. A bus stops directly outside for Clapham Junction. Rent is £1,250 per month plus approximately £110 in bills.
