Furnished room available for a seven-month sublet from January to July. The bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, and a cleaner visits weekly to clean the bathroom. Rent is £1,600 per month with all bills included.
You would share the house with Will, a 29-year-old software engineer who enjoys architecture and cycling, and Julian, a 33-year-old lawyer who likes jazz, classic cars and socialising. Monty, a cat, also lives there.
