You would take over the existing tenancy while the current tenant moves to Australia. The house has generous shared areas and a garden, and you would live with a friendly household of women.
The property is just off Clapham Common, close to local pubs, restaurants, cafés and shops. Clapham South is around a 10-minute walk away and Clapham Junction is about 15 minutes on foot. Viewings can be arranged.
