Description

A large double room is available in a spacious house, rented at £900 per month plus variable bills of approximately £150. The bathroom is shared between two people and is located on the first floor. The house also has a small rear patio and a separate living room.

The household currently includes Thomas, a 27-year-old business consultant, and Archie, an assistant economist in the Civil Service. Both are sociable and active, while respecting different work and sleep schedules. A clean, tidy and sociable flatmate is wanted, ideally aged 25 or over. Housing and income referencing are required.

The house is in South Tottenham, around a 10-minute walk from Seven Sisters and the Victoria Line. Downhills Park is also approximately 10 minutes away. Couples and pets are not accepted because of allergies, and any gender is welcome.
