Private room available for a short Christmas and New Year sublet from 23 December to 3 January. The room is on the third floor of a large house, has its own lock and includes a private ensuite bathroom with a shower. Wardrobe space is available, with a separate walk-in wardrobe containing a desk for working from home.

The house is shared with five friendly, sociable people who respect privacy and personal space. A dishwasher and washing machine are provided, and several housemates may be away over the Christmas period. A clean, tidy and considerate flatmate is sought.

The property is in Wandsworth, SW18, around a 15-minute walk from Earlsfield station and 20 minutes from Clapham Junction. Southside Shopping Centre is about 10 minutes away, with local corner shops nearby. The rent is £550 for the full stay.
