A room is available in a shared Wimbledon flat from 28 September, with the arrangement flexible until 11 October. The rent is £1,130 per month, plus approximately £150 in bills. The bathroom is shared with just one other person, Lula.

You would live with Anna, who works in retail in Chelsea, and Lula, a nurse at St George’s Hospital. They are both 25 and are looking for a friendly, sociable woman of a similar age who enjoys spending time together while also having her own life. As neither flatmate works Monday to Friday, someone who does not work from home would suit the household.

Wimbledon Station is around a three-minute walk away, making the property convenient for commuting. The room is available from 28 September and the arrangement can continue until 11 October.
