Bookings offered are 2–5 October for three nights (£150), 27 October–5 November for nine nights (£450), or 9–19 November for ten nights (£500). The room can suit either one person or a couple.

The flat is shared with another couple, who are also Australian. It includes access to an outdoor balcony and a rooftop terrace.

The home is on Balham High Road in Balham, with Balham station two minutes away on foot for Northern line Tube and Overground services. Sainsbury’s, Aldi and Waitrose are within walking distance, and Clapham Common is around ten minutes away on foot.
